This work is personal
I was diagnosed with ADHD in my 40s, after years of wondering why everything felt harder than it should. I was successful on the outside – but behind the scenes, I was constantly overwhelmed, stuck in cycles of overthinking and burnout, and working twice as hard just to stay afloat.
Now, I help other women with ADHD create more ease in their lives. Less stress. More self-trust. Real strategies that actually work – and space to breathe again.
My path here hasn’t been linear – and that’s part of the story
Like many people with ADHD, I’ve had a varied career and a curious mind. I’ve worked in corporate banking, taught business and economics, built a successful wedding cake business, and mentored creatives. I’ve also backpacked around the world!
When I finally trained as a coach, everything clicked.
I realised I could bring together my lived experience of ADHD, natural curiosity, and deep empathy to support others in making meaningful, sustainable change in their own lives.

My background – in case you’re wondering…
Choosing the right coach matters – especially when you’re navigating the layered challenges of ADHD.
I’m a certified Advanced ADHD Coach (CPD and ICF accredited qualification) and a professionally trained coach, accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) – one of the most respected global coaching bodies. That means you can trust that my coaching is ethical, evidence-informed, and grounded in real skills – not just lived experience (though I have that too!).
I also bring a varied and rich career history, which gives me a deep understanding of the different pressures my clients face – from corporate demands to creative entrepreneurship to family life.
My credentials and experience include:
- Certified Advanced ADHD Coach
- Associate Certified Coach – ICF Accredited
- PGCE – Business Education
- Business Management Degree and Graduate Diploma in Law
- 7 years teaching Business & Economics at GCSE and A Level
- 10 years as a corporate/public sector employee
- 10 years as a business owner
- IVF Mother of ADHD twins
- Proud owner of a late diagnosis of ADHD
You’re not just getting someone who understands ADHD – you’re getting someone who’s trained to support you through it with skill, strategy, and compassion.

Neuroaffirming, Practical, Compassionate.
I don’t believe ADHD is a superpower – and I don’t believe you need fixing. But I do believe in your strengths.
Coaching with me is judgment-free, shame-free, and tailored to your brain. Together we’ll find what works for you – not what worked for someone else on Instagram.
