Hello I’m Lauren (ADHD Coach)
The challenges of living with ADHD are real, I speak from personal experience and have worked with many clients in the same situation.
I love to see my clients thrive, not just survive, and really be able to reach their potential.
Whilst calm, thoughtful, and a good listener I’m also someone who doesn’t give clients the easy way out, but is compassionate and understanding of their unique challenges.
My clients come to me for practical strategies and support, they leave not only with these but also with greater self-esteem, the knowledge and desire to be kinder to themselves, and improved confidence in their abilities.

What is ADHD Coaching?
ADHD coaching provides structured, practical support for building skills in time management, organisation, goal setting, and decision making.
Beyond these practical strategies, coaching fosters self-awareness, helping individuals with ADHD understand their unique brain functioning and tendencies. This awareness encourages self-compassion, allowing individuals to acknowledge their challenges without judgement and avoid the pressure to conform to neurotypical standards.
As your coach, I’ll guide you to explore personalised strategies and routines that align with your natural strengths and preferences, empowering you to work in ways that suit your ADHD brain rather than struggling to fit into a conventional, neurotypical mould.
ADHD coaching offers both accountability and a non-judgemental space to cultivate self-acceptance and resilience.
So how can I help you?

Lauren has a gentle demeanour, but don’t let that fool you! She will challenge you to look beyond your current thinking!
