You’re ready for real change. You’re done reading the books, trying to DIY it, or waiting for things to get better on their own. You want personalised support and space to work through what’s actually getting in your way.

6-Session Coaching Package
Investment: £995
What’s Included:
- Initial 90 minute kick off call
- 5 x 60-minute sessions
- Sessions held weekly or fortnightly over a maximum of 12 weeks
- One email check-in between sessions
Perfect for you if:
You’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in procrastination, or constantly spinning plates. You’re ready to create more ease, clarity and structure – and want support to put practical strategies into action.
12-Session Coaching Package
Investment: £1,820
What’s Included:
- Initial 90 minute kick off call
- 10 x 60-minute sessions
- Final 90 minute closing call
- Sessions held weekly or fortnightly over a maximum of 24 weeks
- One email check-in between sessions
Perfect for you if:
You’re ready for deeper, longer-term support to help you make significant changes and create lasting habits. You’ve tried managing on your own – now you want to make sustainable changes, work through emotional blocks, and build self-trust along the way.
Lauren in Your Pocket (Add-On Option)
Investment: £375 per month
What’s included:
- Daily weekday support via text, email or voice note
- 3-month minimum commitment
Need a boost between sessions – or want to keep up momentum after a package ends?
This is a rolling monthly add-on for existing or past clients who want:
- Ongoing accountability
- Fast feedback and nudges
- A calm, supportive voice in your corner every day
ADHD Focus Session
90 Minute Session
- Perfect if you’re stuck on one specific challenge – such as managing overwhelm, goal setting, or planning your week/month
- We’ll tackle that one issue, break it down, and create a clear, actionable plan to help you move forward
- Ideal if you’re not yet ready to commit to a full coaching package but need support with a particular area
Investment: £245
ADHD Awareness to Action – Group Programme
10-week group coaching experience to help you move from “I know I have ADHD” to “I know what to do about it.”
