Working with Lauren has been a pleasure. The sessions really helped me keep on track when overwhelm kicked in and I would usually begin to step away, but knowing I had an upcoming session really enabled me to keep going in a productive way. The sessions were professional, but relaxed and enjoyable. I’ve finally ticked off several things off my ever long to do list that I really don’t think I’d have done without Lauren’s support. I highly recommend working with Lauren to support you to support yourself moving forward 🙂
