Start meaningful conversations about ADHD at work.
A practical 60-minute organisation-wide session to help employees and managers better understand ADHD and how it can show up at work.
Awareness alone doesn’t create lasting change, but it can be an important first step. That’s why every October booking also includes a follow-up conversation and Action Summary to help you think about what comes next.
What the session covers
An accessible introduction to ADHD in the workplace, with no previous knowledge of ADHD needed.
ADHD beyond the stereotypes
What ADHD is, and some of the common misconceptions that still surround it.
How ADHD can show up at work
The different ways ADHD can affect people in everyday working life.
The challenges you might not see
Exploring hidden effort and why outward performance doesn’t always tell the whole story.
The impact of the workplace
How environments, expectations and ways of working can make things easier or harder.
Practical support
Ways colleagues and managers can better support neurodivergent people at work.
Live Q&A
Space to ask questions and explore what ADHD can look like in practice.

Beyond awareness
What happens after the session matters, too.
Awareness training can help people see ADHD differently and start conversations that weren’t happening before. But awareness on its own doesn’t necessarily lead to meaningful change.
So rather than simply ending the conversation when the session finishes, every October booking includes some space to think about what might come next.
Your follow-up
We’ll have a 30-minute conversation with your People, HR, Wellbeing or relevant team to reflect on what came up, discuss any themes or questions the session prompted, and consider practical next steps.
You’ll also receive a concise one-page Action Summary to take away.
There is no obligation to book any further work.
